Q: How does pricing work for clear outs?
A: Most jobs are priced per room at $400 per room... 2 rooms is $800... and so on. Whole home clear outs are custom priced in the $3,000 to $8,000 range based on scope.
Q: Do you charge extra for disposal, hauling, or dumping fees?
A: Disposal and hauling costs are passed through at cost. When possible, I’ll use your existing trash service... fill your bin... and use any included bulky item pickup so we can keep dumping fees as low as possible.
Q: How does item selling work... do you take a commission?
A: No commission. You keep 100% of the sale proceeds. I charge an upfront flat service fee per item based on the item’s estimated value tier... the fee covers my time to research, photograph, list, and manage the sale. Shipping labels, packing materials, and platform fees are handled at cost and itemized.
